We host and participate in a variety of exciting events, from exhilarating games and thrilling fundraisers to lively parades and meaningful community engagements. Join us as we skate through our city, bringing the energy and excitement of roller derby to every corner of the Huntsville metro area. 2nd Tuesday of each month
For the first time ever, RCRD is opening the doors for one scrimmage each month! Watch your favorite skaters go head-to-head against their teammates and enjoy tasty treats from local food trucks at these casual bouts. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs, and whatever drinks or snacks they like.
Entry is only $5, so come out and get a peek behind the scenes of this action-packed sport on the second Tuesday of each month!

Whether you’re a seasoned painter or have never picked up a brush, this class is sure to tingle your tongue! We’re teaming up with Pinot’s Palette in Providence to host this artistic endeavor, in which participants will be guided step-by-step to recreate our featured painting, “This Kiss.” Pinot’s features a bar with beer, wine, soda, and provide plates and cutlery for outside food. Water is complimentary for all participants!

Roller Derby is an amazing sport, but it can also be expensive to participate—every skater needs not only skates, but a helmet, elbow and knee pads, wrist guards, a mouth guard, and WFTDA insurance. Skates alone require extra wheels, toe stops, and regular maintenance to keep them in tip-top shape. The league as a whole has expenses, too—renting out venues, printing posters and programs, and securing lodging for away games, to name a few.
Whether you love roller derby or simply want to support a local 501(c)3 non-profit organization, participating in these fundraisers is a great way to give back to our community and get a big bang for your buck!

Home bouts are held at the NSS Center at 6001 Pulaski Pike NW. Tickets cost $15 ahead of time and $18 at the door, and children under 6 get in free. Season passes are also available for $50. We accept both cash and cards for tickets and merch. Get ready for thrilling roller derby action and community fun!
